The rental prices includes all utilities, electricity, gas, telephone for local phone calls; taxes and expenses, and maid service.

A 50 % cash deposit of the total amount will be asked upon arrival as a guarantee.

For a monthly lease, a month's cash deposit will be required as security.

When the client arrives, The BAhousing will meet him/her at the apartment where after signing the contract and inventory list, the guest will pay for the rest of the amount of the contract.

The BAhousing fee is 15% of the total amount of the contract.

The BAhousing will meet the guest for check out. The property must be in the same condition as it was received. If any damage occurred in the apartment, the client will pay for it according to inventory list.
